Over 20 years ago, the Cable TV Pioneers
founded the National Cable Television
Center and Museum at Penn State
University. With the generous support of
many cable entrepreneurs, a beautiful
facility was built on the campus of Denver
University and opened in 2001. Now
known simply as The Cable Center, its
mission has evolved over time, and a new
President & COO, Larry Satkowiak,
recently took the helm. Larry joined Steve
Nelson at our studio in Times Square to
talk about the Center: what it is and what
it does.
